I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, perfect for a weary traveler looking for a cozy night's sleep, and the size was just right. The only downside was that the room was freezing cold, but who doesn't love a snug environment when it's chilly outside?

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean and spacious, had a soaking wet carpet in front of the AC, and the noise was quite bothersome around midnight. The service left much to be desired as I didn't feel welcomed and even missed out on a friendly gesture. On the upside, the location was very convenient, especially for those with early flights, although the dining options were overpriced and closed early during the week.

The service was top-notch with friendly staff, though there was a slight difference in quality between daytime and evening staff. The location, while industrial and lacking dining options nearby, was convenient for traveling around the Bay area and accessing the airport. The dining was good but a bit overpriced, prompting me to seek breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
